Refund policy

We hope you will love your order but if anything isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return it to us.

Please make sure the items are clean, unused and in their original packaging with labels and/or tags still attached. Items that return in an unsellable condition will not be refunded. Unfortunately, customised items can not be returned. This excludes damaged items. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery can not be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mitsuo. We will send you instructions on where to send your package. Please be aware that the cost of return is your responsibility. Use a secure postage method, so that you can track your package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sort it out. We advise you to take pictures of the damaged parcel and items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once the items are approved, you will automatically be refunded using your original payment method, minus the original postage fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
