All items are sent using our shipping partner Bpost.

As a small independent business, we are not able to offer free shipping. We also do not make any profit from our postage and packing. Charges will be calculated at checkout. 

Again, as we are a tiny two women team, we will not be able to dispatch orders daily but we definitely aim to send orders out twice a week. Thank you for your patience!

BELGIAN CUSTOMERS

All items will be sent in a tracked and secured parcel.

Small items may be sent via standard mail. Please note that we can not provide tracking or insurance for these orders. We are not liable for these shipments once they are dispatched. 

Local pickup is also possible, but please note that as a rule items made by Ami can only be picked up in Ghent and items made by Lina in Kortrijk. OTHER CUSTOMERS

We currently only ship to the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Germany. Items will be sent in a tracked and secured parcel.
